Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders have a processing time of 1-4 business days in addition to the delivery estimate listed at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
When our team is experiencing a high volume of orders, such as during a major launch, processing time can increase to 5-7 business days for us to ship your order. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order exceeding 10 business days, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates (excluding our order processing time) are calculated at checkout.

International shipping policy
Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or value added tax when it enters the destination country Good Iced Tea, LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the additional fees applied to the order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to the complexity, variance and differences in additional fees between countries, it is impossible for us to provide an estimate upon checkout.
We will NOT be refunding unwanted customs fees under any circumstances. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local postal service to inquire about any additional fees before placing an order.
Damaged and lost orders
Good Iced Tea, LLC is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipment. If you received a damaged order, or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us at Help@goodicedtea.com. Depending on the case, it may be possible to submit an insurance claim on the customer's behalf.
If you received your order damaged, please send us photographic evidence, and we will happily submit it towards an insurance claim on your behalf.
Take a picture is always key on damaged products including the package material. We will do our best to make your experience perfect.
