    Good Iced Tea is what we are all about, that's why it's our name. However, to fully appreciate its flavor it is essential to understand the proper methods for storage and brewing Ceylon black tea.

    When it comes to storing good, iced tea, the quality of the ingredients plays a significant role. It is recommended to store brewed tea in a refrigerator if it is not consumed immediately. According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), brewed tea can be safely stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Beyond this period, the flavor may deteriorate, and the risk of bacterial growth increases. For optimal freshness, it is advisable to use airtight containers to minimize exposure to air, which can degrade the tea's quality.

    Brewing iced tea requires a careful balance of temperature and time. The general guideline for brewing tea is to use water that is heated to the appropriate temperature for the specific type of tea.  Good Iced Tea, Ceylon black tea should be brewed to a temperature of 194° (90°C). Steeping for 5 minutes. Over-steeping can lead to bitterness, which is an undesirable characteristic in iced tea.

    Water quality is another critical factor in brewing iced tea. The ideal water for brewing should be filtered or spring water, as tap water may contain chlorine or other impurities that can alter the taste of the tea.
